2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

- You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway error.
- You purchased a course or eBook but did not receive access within the stated delivery timeframe and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
- The course or eBook content is significantly different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase.
- You enrolled in an offline course batch that was cancelled by Skill Planet without rescheduling.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- You have already accessed, downloaded, or watched any part of the course or eBook content.
- Your refund request is made after 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You changed your mind after purchase or found an alternative course elsewhere.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference rather than a verifiable content issue.
- Failure to complete the course or attend offline sessions due to personal reasons.
- Requests made after receiving and using a discount coupon or promotional offer.
3. Refund Timeline
Once a refund request is approved by our team, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within:
7 to 10 working days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.). Skill Planet is not responsible for any additional delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- If approved, the refund will be processed and completed within 7 to 10 working days.
5. Course-Specific Refund Policy
Online Courses
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
- Once you have accessed more than 20% of the content, no refund will be issued.
Offline Courses
- If Skill Planet cancels a batch without offering a reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
- If you are unable to attend after enrollment for personal reasons, no refund will be provided. However, you may request a batch transfer (subject to availability) at no extra charge if notified at least 5 working days before the batch start date.
Digital eBooks
- Since eBooks are instantly downloadable digital products, refunds are not applicable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
- Refunds will only be considered if the file is corrupted, inaccessible, or significantly different from its description.
Travel Mastery Pro Bundle
- The bundle follows the same policy as individual online courses — refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the bundled content.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Completed or partially accessed online courses
- Downloaded eBooks or digital resources
- Promotional or discounted purchases
- Offline course fees where the student has already attended one or more sessions
- OTA website development service fees once work has commenced
7. Exchange / Course Transfer Policy
If you are not satisfied with your enrolled course, you may request a course transfer to another course of equal or lesser value, subject to the following:
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The course you wish to transfer from must not have been accessed beyond 20%.
- Course transfers are allowed once per order only.
