    5. Payments

    • All payments are processed securely through SSLCommerz, a licensed payment gateway in Bangladesh.
    • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and internet banking.
    • All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
    • Skill Planet does not store any payment card information on its servers.

    6. Delivery of Digital Products

    • Online Courses: Access is granted immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
    • eBooks: Download links are sent to your registered email within 24 hours of purchase.
    • Offline Course Enrollment: Our team will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your batch schedule.
    • Physical/Printed Materials (if applicable):
      • Inside Dhaka: 5 working days
      • Outside Dhaka: 10 working days

    7. Intellectual Property
